About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable PGT Political Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students to develop a deep understanding of political systems, governance, and civic values.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Political Science lessons for senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII).

Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Encourage analytical thinking and discussion-based learning in the classroom.
Evaluate and record students’ progress and provide constructive feedback. Participate in school events, parent meetings, and academic discussions.
Maintain discipline, decorum, and a positive learning environment.
Stay updated with current political developments and integrate relevant examples into lessons.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Master’s Degree in Political Science with B.Ed (mandatory).
Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Political Science teacher in a reputed school.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
