FOR AFTER SCHOOL SUPPORT PROGRAMME (Classes 9-12)

For Classes 9th – 12th ; 3:00 pm – 7:30 pm; for Geography , History & Pol Science At Shahpur vill , Sector 128 Noida

These positions require daily teaching except non-working Saturday and Sundays. Candidate should be open to teaching in Physical mode only, staying within Noida and preferably close to the centre location. Candidates with experience only should apply. Those with experience with an NGO would be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Classes 9–12 in History, Political Science, and Geography.

Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to make learning effective and enjoyable.

Assess students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and projects.

Support students in developing analytical and critical thinking skills.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to organize academic and co-curricular activities.

Maintain accurate student records and provide constructive feedback.

Contribute to curriculum planning and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications And Skills

Master’s Degree in History / Political Science / Geography from a recognized university.

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the secondary/senior secondary level.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Ability to connect with and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Computer literacy and familiarity with digital teaching tools.

Salary will be commensurate as per the relevant experience & qualification of the candidate and as per NGO/social sector standards.

Salary Range for Offline / Physical Teaching – Rs 15,000/ – 16,000/- per month/basis no of hours of teaching
