Key Responsibilities

  • Instruction: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in a specific subject (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Math, English, Commerce, etc.).
  • Curriculum & Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans, learning materials, and modules aligned with school/board (e.g., CBSE) standards.
  • Assessment: Create and grade assignments, tests, projects; provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Student Development: Mentor students, offer academic guidance, support career counseling, and prepare them for major exams.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, positive, and stimulating environment.
  • Professional Growth: Stay current with subject advancements, new teaching methodologies, and technology.
  • Collaboration: Work with Head of Departments (HODs), other teachers, and administration on school initiatives.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain student records, attend meetings, and participate in extracurricular activities.

Required Qualifications (General)

  • Post Graduate (PG) degree in the relevant subject.
  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
  • Strong subject matter expertise and excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,618.93 per month
