Job description

· Develop and implement engaging and structured lesson plans for English courses.

· Assess student performance through essays, project and presentations.

· Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students to enhance their language skills.

· Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

· Collaborate with other teachers, administrative staff, and parents to support student development.

· Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrates them in to classroom instruction.

· Prepare students for important examinations and guide them towards academic success.

Qualifications

· Master's degree in English Literature or a related field.

· Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree ora relevant teaching certification.

· Proven experience teaching English at the secondary or senior secondary level.

· Strong command of English grammar, literature, and composition.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to engage ,inspire , and motivate students.
