Role Overview

The PH Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day packhouse operations, ensuring smooth packaging, stock management, dispatch coordination, and accurate documentation for domestic and export orders.

Key Responsibilities1. Packaging Operations

• Manage packaging operations for domestic and export orders.
• Ensure proper grading, sorting, and packing as per export quality standards.
• Coordinate packaging material availability.
• Monitor productivity and minimize wastage during packing.

2. Loading & Unloading Operations

• Supervise vehicle loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure proper handling to avoid product damage.
• Maintain dispatch timelines.

3. Labour Management

• Handle labour allocation during packing operations.
• Monitor workforce productivity and discipline.
• Ensure safety and hygiene compliance inside packhouse.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Conduct regular stock taking and physical verification.
• Ensure accurate stock entries in system.
• Monitor packaging material and finished goods inventory.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily production and dispatch records.
• Update production and dispatch data in Excel.
• Manage SAP transactions and documentation.
• Prepare operational reports as required.

6. Interdepartmental Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Procurement team
• Quality team
• Sales team
• Logistics team
• Ensure smooth execution of dispatch plans.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in packhouse/warehouse/operations.
• Experience in fresh produce industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Good coordination and supervision skills.
• Willingness to work in operational environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
