Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Schedule: Day Shift Work Location: In-person

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and prior experience in procuring finished goods. B.Pharm qualification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase pharmaceutical finished goods and negotiate the best rates.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; maintain contracts and vendor documentation.
• Process purchase orders, handle invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Maintain purchase trackers, resolve vendor queries, and handle urgent material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards and company policies.

Requirements

• B.Pharm is mandatory.
• 1–4 years of experience in pharma purchase or pharma trading.
• Strong knowledge of pharma products and market trends.
• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Panchkula.
