Position Overview
We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Buyer to manage procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely acquisition of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies. This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams. The Pharmaceutical Buyer will play a key role in maintaining Romanitos Medical’s reputation for excellence in healthcare procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure pharmaceutical products from approved suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Maintain procurement documentation for contracts, orders, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with medical teams to identify product requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare supply chain processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement management systems.
• Certifications in supply chain management or healthcare procurement are an advantage.
