Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for coaching, mentoring and leading the sales team while driving revenue growth. This role involves managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers. A large portion of the position will include leading, managing and holding a group of National Account Managers accountable via KPI metrics/measurables to achieve team goals.

Key Responsibilities
· Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
· Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3-5 experienced and successful sales representatives
· Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base (pharmacies, hospitals, long term care facilities, combo retail pharma)
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
· Implement processes and best practices
· Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
· Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and regulatory teams
· Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
· 5+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or distribution
· 3+ years of management experience within pharmaceuticals sales
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Knowledge of pharmaceutical products specifically in the generic drugs, vaccine and injectable market and distribution channels
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA guidelines, drug supply chain standards)
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
· Team player with a positive mindset that can easily adapt
