Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Overview

SurePath Network is a platform that connects healthcare providers with a vetted network of 503B compounding pharmacies, giving clinics access to high-demand medications nationwide.

We’re currently expanding and looking for independent (1099) sales reps to help grow our network by onboarding new clinics and healthcare providers.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for both experienced reps and motivated individuals entering medical sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with wellness clinics, med spas, primary care and healthcare providers
  • Introduce and position the SurePath platform as a sourcing solution
  • Guide clients through onboarding and initial setup
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Drive ongoing revenue through repeat orders
  • Track outreach and pipeline activity independently

Qualifications

  • Sales experience (pharma, medical, or B2B preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with outreach, prospecting, and closing
  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts

Compensation

  • 100% commission (uncapped)
  • Competitive earnings on all generated business
  • Ongoing revenue from repeat client activity

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
