Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Description: We are seeking business driven and self motivated individuals looking to be part of one of the fastest growing industries in the United States. This is a full-time inside sales opportunity responsible for prospecting for new business, developing existing business, and identifying new growth opportunities across the U.S. Base pay ($37,440.00 per year), one of the best commission plans in the industry, holiday pay, and medical benefits available.

Major Responsibilities:

• Producing outbound sales calls to targeted customer classes with the objective of acquiring new accounts, growing existing accounts, and retaining existing accounts.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to prospect via phone.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your assigned group of customers.
• Gather intel and actively listen to new and existing customers, fully understand their business, identify pain points and coincide them with what IPD can offer.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of previous cold calling/telemarketing/business-to-business sales preferred.
• Excellent communication.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Personal drive and internal motivation to be the best at his/her profession.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to any situation with a willingness to take risks and try new approaches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
