We are a premier pharmacy seeking motivated and charismatic Business Development Representatives (BD) to join our team in the Los Angeles area. This is a high-growth opportunity where you will act as a bridge between our pharmacy and professional healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key account stakeholders through proactive account management and excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements that support sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor research, and outreach efforts.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and understanding.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Clinic Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with local medical clinics and Medspas across Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with physicians, office managers, and practitioners.
  • Product Promotion: Educate clients on our pharmacy services and pharmaceutical products.
  • Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic networking and consistent follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales with a strong understanding of B2B (business-to-business) sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.
  • Strong analysis skills for market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, medical terminology, and healthcare industry standards is preferred but not mandatory.
