Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to expand our provider network and drive revenue growth within a designated territory.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of compounding, and is passionate about building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinics, med spas, and telehealth providers
- Drive new account acquisition while retaining and growing existing accounts
- Educate providers on compounding solutions, including HRT, peptides, dermatology, and wellness therapies
- Lead onboarding of new accounts and ensure a seamless transition into active prescribing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy operations, pharmacists, and leadership
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, and territory reporting
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving provider needs
- Ensure all sales activities align with pharmacy compliance standards and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience calling on healthcare providers and decision-makers
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Compounding pharmacy sales experience
- Knowledge of hormone therapy, peptides, weight loss, or wellness-based treatments
- Existing relationships with providers, clinics, or med spas
- Experience working with cash-pay or telehealth-driven models
- Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician license, in good standing is preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
