Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will manage procurement processes, identify and negotiate with vendors, analyze sourcing data, and ensure the best value for the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, maintaining relationships, drafting and managing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data for informed decision-making
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Procurement, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and value
• Experience or knowledge in recruiting for sourcing vendors and building supplier networks
• Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant industry tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
