Role Overview

The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication management, overseeing pharmacy operations, supporting surgical preparation, and collaborating with doctors and hospital staff. This role requires strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, patient care, billing systems, and hospital inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and manage all prescribed medicines and drugs as per hospital protocols.
• Manage patient records, prescriptions, and billing using Pharmasoft billing software.
• Handle payments, generate invoices, and ensure accuracy in all billing processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for insurance and patient claims.
• Manage and maintain the pharmacy inventory, including surgicals, disposables, and medical supplies.
• Prepare and assemble surgical kits as per operating theatre requirements.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clear communication to patients and caregivers regarding medication usage, dosage, and side effects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Valid Pharmacy Council Registration.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in Pharmasoft or similar billing software.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, surgicals, and hospital pharmacy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
