We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate dispensing of medications, provide patient counselling, maintain inventory, and collaborate with doctors and nurses to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately
• Review prescriptions for dosage accuracy and potential interactions
• Maintain pharmacy stock, records, and regulatory compliance
• Work closely with the medical team to support patient care

Qualifications:

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institution
• Valid State Pharmacy Council registration
• 1–3 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred (freshers may apply)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
