Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing Medications: Prepare and dispense prescribed medications with accuracy, ensuring adherence to legal and medical guidelines.
• Patient Counseling: Educate patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Prescription Review: Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential contraindications before dispensing.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, check for expired medicines, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with doctors and nurses to optimize medication therapy plans for patients.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and NABH accreditation standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate patient records, update medication histories, and document adverse drug reactions if any.
• Quality Control: Regularly check the quality of medicines and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
