Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and interpret physician medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Prepare, dispense, and label medications in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
  • Monitor patient medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions or adverse effects
  • Provide drug information and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and other staff
  • Counsel patients and caregivers on proper medication use when required
  • Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and safety standards
  • Manage inventory, storage, and handling of medications, including controlled substances
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, D.Pharm) from an accredited institution
  • Valid pharmacist license/registration
  • Previous hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology and clinical therapeutics
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
