Job Description

We are hiring qualified and experienced Pharmacists (B.Pharm) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a hospital pharmacy or retail pharmacy, with strong knowledge of medication dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s prescription
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, interactions, and compliance
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock control, and expiry management
• Ensure proper storage of medicines as per regulatory standards
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, and side effects
• Maintain pharmacy records, billing, and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, NABH, and hospital policies
• Handle emergency medication requirements efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and formulations
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations
• Inventory & stock management skills
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Knowledge of drug interactions and contraindications
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Computer knowledge for billing and pharmacy software

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Pharm (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years to maximum 5 years
• Gender: Male candidates only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
