Job Description: Licensed Pharmacist
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Pharmacist (male and female) to join our team in Sharjah . The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in pharmacy practice, comprehensive knowledge of medications, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense Medications: Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients, providing detailed counselling on proper use, possible side effects, and necessary precautions.
- Sales & Customer Service: A strong foundation in switch selling, cross selling and up selling process is a critical requirement for this role.
Engage with customers promptly and professionally, addressing prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) inquiries with care and accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pharmacy operations adhere to MOH and other regulatory standards, upholding professional ethics and best practices.
- Pharmacy Management Software: Utilize pharmacy management software efficiently for prescription processing, inventory tracking, and patient records.
- Shift Flexibility: Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
Requirements:
- MOH/DHA License: Must hold a valid MOH license
- Experience: Proven 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacist, with expertise in dispensing medications, insurance prescription handling, and OTC advisory.
- Pharmacy Management Software: Familiarity with pharmacy management software and digital record-keeping.
- Insurance Handling: Experience processing insurance prescriptions.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
. Visa Status: Males on visit preferred and Female candidates only under husband sponsorship preferred.
