About the Role

For a leading call center company, we are hiring a professional Pharmacist to join the team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will provide accurate pharmaceutical support and medical guidance to customers while ensuring a high standard of communication and service quality.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to medications and pharmaceutical products
• Provide accurate medical and pharmaceutical information in a professional manner
• Review prescriptions and ensure proper guidance is delivered to customers
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support operations
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Deliver excellent customer service while handling sensitive cases professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to work onsite in Cairo
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts when needed
