Digital Imaging Systems is a healthcare company dealing in Cardiovascular Devices. We are sole distributor of M/s Abbot Vascular (USA/Europe) & M/s Philips (USA/Europe) for territory of Pakistan. We are currently supplying our products to all major Cardiac Institutes all-over Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities: The position is essentially a marketing-focused role involving product promotion, marketing coordination, sales activities, and others.

• Coordinate with hospitals and sales staff to ensure timely availability of required documents for institutional sales.
• Support marketing activities by providing accurate product details, features, and updates for promotional use.
• Assist the Sales team with product information, regulatory documents, and technical support for hospitals.
• Prepare and organize tender-related documents, including product registration certificates, technical sheets, and compliance forms.
• Maintain communication with the Sales & Marketing team regarding product availability, stock status, and regulatory updates.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records of medical devices, and monitor stock level.
• Prepare documentation for damaged devices and handle Viper Form reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product procurement and timely deliveries.
• Support day-to-day office tasks related to product data, filing, and documentation.
• Coordinate product availability, documentation, and compliance for institutional sales.
• Assist in other relevant/office tasks as needed.

Education:

Doctor of Pharmacy (D-Pharm).
