Pharmacist

Barada Pharmacy is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a DHA-licensed pharmacist with strong pharmaceutical knowledge and proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with DHA regulations and company policies
• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and responsibly
• Provide professional advice on medications, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions
• Lead the pharmacy to maintain high service and operational standards
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of products
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per regulatory requirements
• Drive sales growth by promoting products, upselling, and ensuring excellent customer service
• Build strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
• Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid DHA license as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare regulations
• Proven sales ability with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
