Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist – CRM, based in Riyadh. The Pharmacist will manage customer relationships, oversee pharmaceutical services, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with their prescriptions, offering professional advice on healthcare products, managing inventory, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Engagement & Support

  • Provide professional pharmaceutical advice to customers through CRM channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, apps).
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to medications, prescriptions, and health products.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure medication adherence and satisfaction.

2. CRM Management

  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track customer interactions and history.
  • Segment customers based on health needs, purchasing behavior, and demographics.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient/customer records.

3. Health Programs & Campaigns

  • Design and execute targeted health campaigns (e.g., diabetes care, vitamins, skincare).
  • Support preventive healthcare initiatives (wellness programs, seasonal campaigns).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create educational and promotional content.

4. Medication Adherence & Counseling

  • Monitor refill patterns and remind patients about medication schedules.
  • Educate patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
  • Promote safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Track KPIs such as retention rate, engagement, and conversion.
  • Generate reports to support business and healthcare decisions.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Support loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
  • Provide insights to improve customer experience and service quality. 


Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical expertise, including prescription management and product knowledge.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, with a focus on customer service and engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address customer concerns and provide professional advice.
  • Attention to detail and precision, especially in inventory management and compliance with regulations.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while ensuring high levels of customer care.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid pharmacist license in Saudi Arabia are required.
