Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

| Hourly | Non-Retail Compounding Pharmacy

We are an established online compounding pharmacy in Clearwater, FL seeking a licensed Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee daily operations and maintain regulatory compliance in a non-retail setting.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as PIC in accordance with Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> (as applicable)
• Oversee compounding quality and workflow
• Maintain policies, documentation, and inspection readiness
• Supervise pharmacy staff and technicians

Requirements:

• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing
• Eligible to serve as PIC under Florida law
• Compounding experience required (sterile preferred)
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy compliance and USP standards

Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Stable, structured environment with no retail customer interaction.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
