Pharmacist – MOHAP Licensed (Warehouse-Based) – Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

We are looking for a MOHAP-licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Mussafah 20,Abu Dhabi UAE to manage pharmaceutical operations in a warehouse setting (not a retail pharmacy). This role focuses on regulatory compliance, inventory control, and quality assurance in handling, storing, and distributing medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the warehouse operations are fully compliant with MOHAP and UAE pharmaceutical regulations
• Oversee proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, expiry, segregation)
• Inspect and verify all pharmaceutical shipments (inbound and outbound)
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and batch tracking systems
• Coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams to ensure proper documentation
• Prepare for and support MOHAP inspections and audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Valid MOHAP Pharmacist License (mandatory)
• 2 years Experience in pharmaceutical warehousing or distribution (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical laws and guidelines
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
