Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Weekend Pharmacist to support a behavioral health facility in Fayetteville, AR. This is a part-time position, ideal for a licensed pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact in a behavioral health setting.

Pharmacist Schedule:

• Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Alternating weekends

This is a part time position, Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend, 6 hours each day onsite plus 3 additional hours each day remote order entry.

Key Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform data order entry and verification
• Work with automated dispensing machines (experience preferred)
• Communicate effectively with hospital administrators, physicians, and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-focused pharmaceutical care

Pharmacist Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy (RPh or PharmD required)
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Behavioral Health experience is a plus
• License: Must hold an active Indiana pharmacist license in good standing

Pharmacist Skills:

• Strong data entry and verification proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with automated dispensing machines is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Moderate to low physical demands typical of a hospital pharmacy environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $64.00 per hour
