Pharmacist Required with category

Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled and narcotics substances, intimating products to suppliers/distribution channels as and when required removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory, and ensuring them to deliver back them timely.

Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.

Manage and supervise daily pharmacy, pharmacy store operations, and staff supervision.

Responsible for supervision of daily filling and dispensing of medicinal products and supplies.

Supervising Accurately and efficiently prepared prescription orders.

Providing advice/counseling patients on the dosage of medicines and the most appropriate form of medication, for example, tablet, injection, ointment or creams etc.

Preparation and reporting of monthly Pharmacy report.

Supervising medicines are stored appropriately and securely at pharmacy and pharmacy store.

Supervising the proper temperature and humidity monitoring of pharmacy/pharmacy store and fridge items.

Supervision of narcotics (controlled drugs) register along with the record of prescriptions.

Supervision/Checking of expiries of drugs on monthly basis.

Responsible of drug recalls of expired, near to expire drugs to their vendors and replacement of these items with best possible within the liaison with procurement department.

Responsible for supervision of stock physical stock counting (monthly internal audit).

Supervision of Inventory management through physical stock counting.

Reporting of software issues to the IT department and keeping liaison with them for their quick rectification.

Involved in maintaining records of all Pharmacy Objectives and KPI, s.
