Our apprenticeship program is for an entry-level position. As stated below we offer a professional development program that pays for training. This position is a springboard for employees to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician/Trainee or other healthcare specialties. You will begin your apprenticeship as the Front Clerk Representative where the primary focus is:

Required Job Duties:

• Kindly greet patients as they enter the pharmacy
• Assist customer inquiries, using your knowledge of store layout and product placement
• Attention to detail is paramount in this position
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Assist our Nutritional Supplement team
• Assist in answering and directing phone calls
• Assist in other areas of pharmacy as requested
• Experience with operating cash register and maintain accurate cash drawer
• Must be familiar with computers

Physical Requirements:

· Clean/tidy appearance

· Able to stand 8 hours

· Able to lift 15lbs or more

· Must have dependable and reliable transportation

Background and Drug Testing:

• YES - due to the nature of the pharmacy industry, we can only consider applicants with clean records and those that can pass a drug screening

Education Requirement:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Currently pursuing degree or associates degree

Languages:

· Primarily English

· Other languages welcomed

• Every other week

Pharmacy Hours of Operations:

• Monday - Friday: 9am - 6:30pm
• Saturday: 10am - 3pm

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
