Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacy Associate, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care through accurate medication dispensing, patient service, and pharmacy operations.

Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance
• Direct customers to the pharmacist for medication-related concerns
• Handle returns, exchanges, and general inquiries

Sales & Cash Handling

• Operate the cash register and process transactions

Stocking & Inventory

• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

Store Maintenance

• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised
• Set up promotional displays or seasonal items

Support to Pharmacy Staff

• Assisting pharmacist with filling prescriptions, orders, etc.
• Help maintain patient privacy standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash-handling ability
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience

Work Environment

• May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
