Limitless Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Branch Manager to lead our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical services to our community.

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure accurate medication dispensing and effective management of inventory.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies and health outcomes.
  • Meet with patients to provide counseling on medications, health, and wellness initiatives.
  • Analyze financial performance and develop strategies to achieve budgetary goals and maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Valid Pharmacy License.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, preferably in a -supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions.
  • Proficient in pharmacy software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and implement strategies for improvement.
