Pharmacy Branch Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in pharmacy management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and sales
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Train and develop pharmacy staff
• Achieve sales targets and improve branch performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Master's Degree (Pharm-D preferred)
• Valid pharmacy license/registration
• Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in pharmacy management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and inventory systems
