Pharmacy Cashier

Access Family Pharmacy is the largest of a group of family-owned, independent pharmacies. We are a unique employer and an even more unique pharmacy! Our services range from retail pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy, and compounding to extensive durable medical equipment services. We exist to offer comprehensive care to patients in our communities, and our patients are always our number one priority.

We’re currently looking to add a cashier to our team. Our cashiers are VERY important to our pharmacy. They are the first and last people a patient interacts with when they come into the pharmacy. Our cashiers also do much, much more than ring patients up and collect payment. You can expect this position to consist of ringing up patients, yes, but also managing deliveries and delivery routes, mailing items, inventory management, getting to know and remembering preferences of certain patients and offices, and becoming familiar with a little bit of everything that we do. We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, and someone who is passionate about caring for their community.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The store hours are 9am - 7pm EST Monday to Friday and 9am - 2pm EST Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. Saturdays will be required on a rotating basis; it should be around 1 per month. Closing shifts will also be required on a rotating basis. The starting pay is $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.
