Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Coordinator at Farmacia Lider LLC (Branch 2) is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service. This role acts as a key link between pharmacists, suppliers, and management to maintain optimal inventory levels and smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily pharmacy activities to ensure efficient and accurate dispensing of medications
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shortages or overstocking
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Support pharmacists in administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist in staff scheduling and workflow organization
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and inventory systems
- Familiarity with Qatar healthcare regulations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and pharmacy management systems
