Summary:
Deliver outstanding customer and patient support for pharmacy services, including prescription processing, documentation, and compliance. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties:

Customer Support: Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for prescription inquiries, refills, shipping issues, and general pharmacy concerns with empathy and accuracy.

Order Processing: Initiate and process prescription requests, perform data entry, and escalate issues requiring pharmacist intervention.

Documentation & Systems: Accurately document interactions in Epic Hyperspace and maintain patient records while navigating multiple systems.

Compliance & Quality: Follow HIPAA and pharmacy regulations, meet performance metrics, and ensure confidentiality and service excellence.
Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekends: Rotating coverage (Saturday and Sunday)

Holidays: Coverage for 2 holidays per year, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Holiday assignments are rotated to ensure fairness among team members.
