We’re Hiring: Pharmacy Customer Service Technician

The Chemist Shop is growing, and we’re looking for a strong team member who can keep up, stay organized, and take care of patients the right way.

This role is the front line of our operation—phones, patients, providers, and problem-solving all day. If you’ve done this before, you know what it takes.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle high-volume incoming calls from patients and providers
• Process prescriptions, refills, and coordinate deliveries
• Communicate with pharmacists, technicians, and prescribers
• Assist with payments, order tracking, and general support
• Keep workflows moving efficiently—no loose ends

What We’re Looking For:

• Pharmacy experience (retail or compounding)
• PrimeRx experience is a big plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and fast-paced
• Team player mentality—we move as a unit
