Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist - Entry Level (Veterinary)

(This is an in-office position)

Schedule/Shift Assigned: 8:30 - 4pm (30-40 hours per week) - Needs to have OPEN availability. *Weekends Mandatory*

Responsibilities:

• Pull product and pack accordingly
• Fulfill customer prescription orders
• Answer emails regarding customer inquiries
• Conduct calls to customers regarding pet status
• Detail-orientation and customer service

Requirements:

• Preferred experience working within a warehouse/packing or mail order setting
• Preferred general knowledge of pet prevention/vaccines
• Ability to navigate computer systems and using multiple screens
• Customer Service experience required
• HS Diploma or GED Required/Must be at least 18 years old
