Pharmacy In-Charge

A reputed hospital in Guntur is looking to appoint an experienced Pharmacy In-Charge to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure safe, efficient medication management within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital pharmacy.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely procurement of medicines.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and safety standards.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain duty schedules.
• Monitor expiry dates, storage conditions, and controlled drugs.
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication requirements.
• Maintain proper pharmacy records and documentation.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
• Valid State Pharmacy Council registration.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a hospital pharmacist / pharmacy in-charge.
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
