Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy In Charge to manage hospital pharmacy operations, ensure proper stock control, and support safe and efficient medication dispensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff activities
• Maintain adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs or expiries
• Monitor purchase, storage, and dispensing of medicines
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and hospital policies
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and stores department
• Maintain proper documentation, billing, and inventory records
• Conduct periodic stock audits and expiry checks

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy inventory management
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy software preferred
