Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Pharmacy In-Charge for a reputed hospital in Guntur. The candidate will be responsible for managing the hospital pharmacy operations, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with medical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital pharmacy
• Manage medicine inventory, stock levels, and procurement
• Ensure proper storage and dispensing of medicines
• Supervise pharmacy staff and duty schedules
• Maintain pharmacy records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy regulations
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital administration

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm qualification
• Minimum 4 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience as Pharmacy In-Charge / Senior Pharmacist preferred
• Valid Pharmacy Council registration
• Good leadership, inventory, and documentation skills
