Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Must hold a valid Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician license.
- Ten (10) or more years of pharmacy experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of third-party billing, prior authorizations, audits, and drug utilization review (DUR) processes.
- Strong background in inventory control and medication pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in Liberty RX and pharmaceutical wholesale ordering platforms.
- Experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Tribal or Federal programs impacting Native American communities.
- Knowledge of Absentee Shawnee Tribal customs and language is preferred.

- Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend or kneel for long periods of time.
- Prolonged sitting, standing, or walking; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping; good finger dexterity and sensory perception; frequent repetitive motions; as well as talking, hearing, and visual acuity are required.
- Frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Constant contact with families, patients, visitors and working in areas throughout the office. This position is subject to frequent interruptions, pressure from multiple/emergency calls and hostile or emotionally upset patients, family members, personnel and visitors. This position may work some evenings/weekends/holidays or other shifts as necessary.
