Pharmacy Intern

Qualifications:

• Must have Pharmacy Intern License or Preparing for FPGEE and willing to get
• Must have clear background
• Must have BACHELOR OF PHARMACY OR PHARMD DEGREE
• THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION OR HAVE TO WORK 3-4 DAYS IN A WEEK
• THIS IS NOT IDEAL IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN PHARMD PROGRAM CURRENTLY
• ELIGIBLE FOR CO-OP, CPT, OPT
• MUST BE IN UNITED STATES PRESENT CURRENLTY

Responsibilities:

• Minimum tolerance policy about call outs or no show at work
• Data entry, filling the medicines, restocking, returns, pick up the calls, cleaning the pharmacy, order the medications and supplies, do necessary trainings, keep valid active pharmacy tech license all the time, package medications for shipping, help pharmacist in day to day duties and do pharmacy as per pharmacist instructions and company policy and procedure
• Must be able to manage pharmacy when floater pharmacist is working
• Must be punctual with the job duties and come at work in scrubs.
• Able to assist pharmacist in doing prior authorization
• having experience with BestRx system is a plus
• need to have cheerful personality to talk to patients and try to convince them to transfer their prescriptions from competitors to our pharmacy.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
