Pharmacy Manager

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Pharmacist In-Charge to join our dynamic team.

• Supervise and manage the pharmacy staff (pharmacists, technicians, assistants).
• Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and OTC medications.
• Maintain inventory levels, place medication orders, and monitor stock expiry.
• Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with local drug laws and healthcare regulations.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide drug information and advice to patients and healthcare providers.
• Manage billing, documentation, and report generation.
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle audits, inspections, and ensure licensing requirements are met.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to support patient care.
• Monitor medication usage trends and implement cost-control strategies.

Education: B. Pharm or D. Pharm

Experience: 3 to 5yrs

Salary: 25k to 28k

Location: Vellore - Sitting - Looking after - Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Tirupati

Age: 25 to 30yrs
