Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead the operations of a premium Servaid Pharmacy outlet located on Sharaqpur Road near Al Rehman Garden Phase 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Supervise pharmacists, sales staff, cashier and support staff
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and Servaid SOPs
• Manage inventory, stock levels, stock audits and expiry control
• Handle purchasing, supplier coordination and stock replenishment
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily and monthly reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization and professional standards
• Oversee cash handling, inventory accuracy and operational controls
• Lead, train and motivate the pharmacy team

Requirements

• Pharm-D degree with valid registration
• Minimum 5 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
• Experience with pharmacy POS and inventory software
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage pharmacy operations and staff

Preferred Candidate

• Experience with Servaid Pharmacy or similar retail pharmacy chains
• Strong understanding of retail pharmacy KPIs, inventory control and expiry management
• Experience in purchasing and supplier management
