The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, an analytical mind, and a commitment to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily prescription fulfillment workflows accurately and efficiently.
• Provide high-level customer service and patient care in alignment with our corporate standards.
• Maintain rigorous organizational standards for inventory, documentation, and compliance.
• Navigate and utilize pharmacy software for billing, labeling, and patient data entry.

Required Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience utilizing the Micro Merchant Systems (PrimeRx) software platform is strictly required.
• Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced retail or independent pharmacy environment.
• Professional Attributes: Demonstrated diligence, high accountability, and strong organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
