About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Pharmacy Marketing Sales Representative to help expand Reed’s Pharmacy’s presence among healthcare providers, medical spas, wellness clinics, fitness centers, and beauty professionals across Utah and Idaho.

This field-based position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on connecting with people, educating business owners and clinicians about pharmacy solutions, and driving new business growth through trust and service excellence. You’ll serve as the face of Reed’s Pharmacy, promoting our compounding and specialty services.

Success in this role means bringing a strong sense of self-awareness, a passion for learning, and the ability to build trust and inspire action. You should be confident and clear in your communication, able to deliver messaging that resonates, handle concerns with professionalism, and close every conversation with a call to action that drives engagement and supports positive change at the pharmacy level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with our community, prescribers, clinic staff, med spa owners, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote Reed’s Pharmacy services — including compounding, specialty medications, immunizations, packaging services, and more to drive growth.
  • Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and follow-ups to educate on service benefits and patient outcomes.
  • Identify new business opportunities within healthcare, fitness, and wellness communities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of pharmacy offerings, industry regulations, and emerging trends to position Reed’s as a trusted healthcare partner.
  • Represent Reed’s Pharmacy with professionalism, integrity, and empathy in every interaction.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within region.

Preferred:

  • Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
  • Experience working with prescribers and business owners.
  • Knowledge of compounding, pharmacy, or wellness services is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $45,000 per year
  • Uncapped Commission: High earning potential based on performance

Work Environment

This is a field-based role requiring regular regional travel to visit healthcare providers, wellness centers, and business relationships, with minimal remote/digital outreach.
