Pharmacy Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a professional, ethical, and relationship-focused Pharmacy Sales & Physician Outreach Representative to help grow our pharmacy’s prescription volume and strengthen partnerships within the medical community. This role is responsible for increasing pharmacy sales by building strong, compliant relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare
providers while promoting our pharmacy’s services in a transparent and patient-centered manner.Our goal is to expand awareness of our pharmacy by highlighting our commitment to quality care, timely service, medication access, and collaboration—always in full compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical practices, clinics, and healthcare staff.

•⁠ ⁠Present and promote the pharmacy’s services, including prescription fulfillment, patient counseling support, medication synchronization, prior authorization assistance, and specialty services.

•⁠ ⁠Increase prescription referrals through education and service awareness—not through inducements or inappropriate incentives.

•⁠ ⁠Serve as a liaison between the pharmacy and medical offices to improve communication and patient care coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to improve service offerings based on provider feedback.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and report on growth initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all marketing and outreach efforts comply with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA), and anti-kickback statutes.

•⁠ ⁠Represent the pharmacy with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Experience in pharmacy sales, healthcare marketing, or medical liaison roles preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare compliance standards.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

•⁠ ⁠High estandards and commitment to patient-centered care.

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated with the ability to manage outreach activities independently.

Our Commitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
