Pharmacy Sales Representative — Infusion

Compensation: Commission-based + Base Salary (DOE)

About the role

We are a growing specialty infusion pharmacy serving the greater Houston area, and we are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our pharmacy and the physicians, clinics, hospitals, and health systems that refer patients to us for home and outpatient infusion therapy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a referral network, educating providers on our services, and driving patient volume growth across our key therapy categories.

What you'll do

  • Develop and grow a referral base of physicians, specialists, discharge planners, case managers, and hospital systems throughout the Houston metro area
  • Conduct in-person sales calls, lunch-and-learns, and office presentations to educate providers on our infusion pharmacy capabilities and therapy offerings
  • Serve as a liaison between referring providers and our clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Identify new market opportunities and maintain a consistent call schedule across your territory
  • Track referral activity, call notes, and pipeline progress using CRM tools
  • Attend relevant healthcare events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the Houston market
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and intake staff to facilitate smooth onboarding of new patients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral volume targets

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or medical sales
  • Established relationships with Houston-area physicians, specialists, or hospital systems is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of the specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you thrive in face-to-face sales environments
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory independently
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation — this role requires frequent travel within the Houston area
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with demonstrated relevant experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
