Pharmacy Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers in your assigned territory.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase the value of our pharmaceutical offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong account management relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and personalized customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that meet client needs while achieving sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Provide detailed product information, answer technical questions, and deliver training sessions on product usage and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.
  • Ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations confidently.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics effectively.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, pharmaceutical products, and medical terminology is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word for documentation and PowerPoint for presentations.

Pay: $45,342.22 - $225,000.00 per year
