Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to support the expansion of our provider network through strategic outbound calling and account development.
This role focuses heavily on building long-term relationships with clinics, physicians, nurse practitioners, med spas, and telehealth providers across Wyoming, Arizona, South Dakota, Colorado, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Hawaii. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and passionate about educating providers on the value of Syed Pharmacy’s services and solutions.

Duties
- Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, med spas, and telehealth organizations within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, office managers, and key decision-makers
- Educate providers on Syed Pharmacy’s compounding services, including HRT, peptides, weight management, and wellness therapies
- Generate new business opportunities and support provider onboarding into active prescribing accounts
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication to strengthen engagement and long-term account retention
- Collaborate with pharmacy operations, pharmacists, and leadership to ensure excellent provider support and account management
- Accurately track outreach activity, pipeline updates, and account progress within CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends, provider needs, and competitive market activity
- Ensure all communication and sales activities remain compliant with pharmacy regulations and company standards
Experience
- 2+ years of inside sales, healthcare sales, call center, or business development experience preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging healthcare professionals by phone
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to confidently explain services and build trust with providers
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Pay: $45,056.43 - $54,261.51 per year
