Pharmacy Services Director

The Pharmacy Services Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and clinical excellence of specialty pharmacy services. This position ensures regulatory compliance, enhances patient care, and drives financial results.

The Director oversees daily pharmacy operations, inventory management, cost containment, regulatory compliance (FDA, DEA, HIPAA), and accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC, Joint Commission). This role leads and develops pharmacy teams while working cross-functionally with operations, finance, compliance, and clinical partners to deliver efficient, scalable, and patient-centered services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Science (BPharm) required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 10–12 years of pharmacy operations experience, including 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of managed care, payer reimbursement, and PBM relationships.
